Recognition for our team’s dedicated efforts

We all have it: that one favourite local café around the corner or a neighbour who owns their own UI/UX design company. All around the globe and throughout many industries, small businesses have become the lifeblood of both local and national markets.

Yes, small businesses create job opportunities and promote economic health. However, did you know that they also boost competition, local hiring, diversity, and turnover? When it really comes down to it, it’s clear that small businesses and startups keep our economy moving and keep their respective markets alive.

So why does this matter? It matters because, in times of uncertainty like the one we currently find ourselves in, it’s more important than ever to support small businesses and the people behind them. That’s why we want to take this opportunity to recognize our awesome employees.

Since 2015, we’ve been a technology partner to international organisations and innovative scale-ups. Our team members are entrepreneurs at heart, and they enable clients to create and execute solutions for their digital transformation.

Our team of rockstars are experts in product design, software development, data analytics, and machine learning. Day-in and day-out, we witness their devoted efforts and genuine commitment to their projects. Our employees truly embody our core values of kindness, creativity, curiosity, adaptability, boldness, and ownership. Collectively, we wouldn’t be able to accomplish what we do without them.

WeAreBrain has always been driven by our company mission to imagine, create, and develop intelligent design, thoughtful products and solutions. Our vision is to leave the world a better place than we found it.

How do we achieve this? Through our beliefs:

  • Here at WeAreBrain, it’s not technology but people that drive successful digital projects. Our human-centered approach puts the individual and the team back into the center of the action.
  • Our employees help you break, deconstruct, create, and disseminate stuff before a competitor comes along and does it for you. We’re truly invested in helping you grow.
  • Trust, transparency, as well as unlimited personal and professional growth are the foundations of our internal culture. We invest in these principles not in word, but in deed.

As a small business ourselves, we know just how intense competition can be, especially in our local Kyiv market. There are hundreds of Software Development Companies out there, so we’ve have taken some initiatives to set ourselves apart from the rest.

We started by partnering with Clutch, a platform that helps businesses gain recognition; YouTeam, a marketplace for remote teams of software developers, and DesignRush’s Directories of Enterprise Software Development Companies.

As we receive feedback, not only will we ensure we’re continuing to deliver only the best of the best solutions, but we’ll also have a way to recognize our employees’ contributions and successes. The leadership team here at WeAreBrain is incredibly proud of our small, but mighty team, and we celebrate their hard work, tenacity, and work ethic.

If you’d like to share your feedback about an ongoing or past project with us, feel free to do so on our Clutch profile. Or if you’d like to discuss your next project, contact us now!
