Meet Tetiana, our project management whiz

We are very pleased to welcome Tetiana as the latest addition to our dynamic team of tech innovators and creative boundary-pushers. Tetiana will make her impact at WeAreBrain by taking on the role of project manager and being the vital link between our teams and our clients. However, it is interesting to note that she started her career in IT as a PHP developer. As such, perhaps the most defining aspect of Tetiana’s appointment is that she possesses thorough technical knowledge and expertise which allows her to be a more detail-oriented project manager. “Having experience working in product companies helps me a lot to be an expert for our clients not only in one area, like project management, but in IT and development as well” she says.

“In my opinion, the biggest advantage of being a technical PM is having the ability to fill the communication gap between the development team and the business team,” she says. Tetiana has immersed herself in the WeAreBrain lifestyle and enjoys working with all the skilled and highly interesting people we have in our team. All of our team members have that ‘x-factor’ which enables them to bring their own brand of special to the team and share their skills with the rest of us. We cultivate a culture of learning and innovation and each team member strives to make an impact. And Tetiana is no different, making her a perfect fit. “My primary goal is to add value to all projects I am involved in and make each one better than the last,” she says. “And the best way to ensure the team is constantly pushing boundaries is with the trust and support of the top management team. This is what I enjoy most about working at WeAreBrain” she says. “That and the spacious office!” she jokes.

When Tetiana isn’t lending her technical and managerial expertise to projects in the office you can find her approaching her hobbies with the same degree of enthusiasm and gusto she channels into her work. She is an avid runner and has successfully taken part in two marathons. “I finished lyceum, which took me four attempts to complete. It was one of the most challenging things I have ever done. No one believed I could do it, but I did it. And now I am looking forward to the next challenge. I would love to complete the Boston marathon someday”.

The temperament of marathon runners is full of determination and drive to succeed. People who have this mental ability do not confine it to their hobbies outside of work. It is who they are. As a result, Tetiana’s ambitious mindset is the driving force behind the highly impactful work she does.

Although marathon running may not be considered a team sport, Tetiana is certainly inclusive and team-focused. When asked if she could possess an ability she currently doesn’t have, she responded “To be at several places at one time. In this case, half of me would be in Kiev and the other half in Kramatorsk with my remote team based there”.

Tetiana is a proud patriot of Ukraine and helps make it a better place to live. She volunteers at a German community center in Kiev and is apart of Ukraine Without Garbage, an organisation which helps keep the streets of the city clean.

We are very happy to have you as a part of our exciting and growing team, Tetiana. We look forward to seeing the impact you will no doubt have on the success of our current and future projects.
